Final outcome:
This is my Yorkshire Sculpture Park logo. I used inspiration from the landscape to create the image. I decided to use the negative space for the hills because using the colours inverted so that the black was the lines of the hills and the white is the background looked too simplistic. I feel like the black would stand out at a distance and be easily accessible as a logo. The landscape for me represented the sculpture park better than the actual sculptures because some sculptures are temporary but the beautiful scenery will always be symbolic to YSP.
